Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees paid for FSJD programmes are generally non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are at the sole discretion of the institute and are governed by this policy.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before the programme commencement may be eligible for a partial refund, less an administrative fee.
• Once the programme has commenced, no refund shall be applicable except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of FSJD.
• Application or registration fees are non-refundable.

In the rare event that FSJD cancels a programme, the entire fee paid by the student shall be refunded in full, or the student may opt to transfer the fee to an alternate programme.

Approved refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date of approval and credited to the original mode of payment. Bank charges or transaction fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.

All decisions regarding refunds rest with FSJD and shall be final. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
